At Century Steel Erectors we believe a project is not completed successfully unless it is completed safely.  The most important aspect of any effective safety program is a sincere commitment by top management. 

Century Steel Erectors is a drug and alcohol-free company.  Our employees are required to participate in industry drug and alcohol testing programs.  These programs require annual, random, for cause and post-accident testing.  We also require employees to comply with the substance testing programs of our customers and clients. 

​We have a full-time safety staff that is responsible for ensuring the safety of both our staff and our clients.  Our safety staff is constantly updating  safety procedures and equipment.  Every corner of the organization has a commitment to safety.
